Providing a holistic approach to legal services is my mission. I could easily draft a document, contract, or submit an application for a client and send them on their way; BUT that’s not how I operate. I want to get to know you as a person and understand your passion and vision for life and your business. Your dreams and ideas are important to me, and I want to make sure that you have a base line understanding of the why and how of the legal aspect and protection of your business. I’m not here to sell a service or two but instead to provide an experience and create community.

The Person

Latavia is the creator and host of It’s ALL Good, a bi-weekly podcast which focuses on enjoying the process of life, Adulting, and maneuvering between the minutia of today’s society.

Along with her intellectual skills, she enjoys being creative and innovative. This led her to another entrepreneurial outlet entitled Waist n Tingz, which caters to the everyday woman. Latavia extrinsically forms and produces waists beads, as well as beaded jewelry to enhance any one’s unique style.

Within her time of self-care and relaxation, Latavia enjoys traveling, time with family and friends. She is also active in the community through her church, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and the NAACP.

Latavia is committed to a lifestyle of learning and continual growth in all areas. She is dedicated to the development of others and assisting them in striving towards their dreams, and overall destiny. A graduate of Temple University, North Carolina Central University School of Law, and Widener Delaware Law School, she has worked in various capacities, affording her the opportunity to work within higher education, private practice, and the nonprofit sector. Knowledge and experience gained from these roles has finessed her approach with clients whether individuals or businesses.

Latavia encompasses the knowledge and skill to adapt to her surroundings, solidifying her role as the owner of LA Legal Solutionz. LA Legal Solutionz is a private practice geared towards assisting individuals with their entrepreneurial pursuits. She ensures each client and situation receives a tailored approach for their situation, regardless of their background or way of life.
